BU729 WE NEED OUR VOICES HEARD!

Why would we agree to move forward with Phase III of the ongoing Staff Reorganization Roll-Out when management still hasn’t addressed serious issues about hiring and promotions identified in Phases I and II?

As such, we the undersigned the members of SEIU 721 Bargaining Unit 729, demand the following:

That LA County reach a mutual agreement with SEIU 721/BU 729 bargaining team before continuing with any Phase III implementation process.
That LA County cease and desist of any further promotions, lateral transfers or reorganizations related to the Phase III Roll-Out; and
That LA County address longstanding concerns around transparency and equity in the promotion process for our bargaining unit.
